Our History
In 1973, Chilson Management Controls (CMC) was founded by Mr. Dick Chilson in Rancho Cucamonga, California. In 2004, AgriSoft Solutions was formed. In 2005, Anthony Barton left his role as Vice President of Agri Stats and took leadership of AgriSoft. Shortly after, AgriSoft acquired CMC (Chilson’s).
In the summer of 2013, AgriSoft|CMC was acquired by Constellation Software and rebranded to Aeros, a Cultura company.
